Small stun gun

That's what I built to annoy my bank neighbour back at school.
It's a small stun gun at an operating voltage of 300 V.
The pain caused is not very intense.
It runs on a flatcell 3V battery as you can see in the pictures.

This is the small device, for more pictures from the inside and a human testvideo read more after the break. In comparison to a 0,10 €

Let's take a look inside:

There's a little 3V flatcell battery, a small trafo, a small indicator lamp and of course a switch.

Here's proof that this little device just works fine shocking other people.
And during boring lessons I discovered something pretty weird shocking myself, but see for yourself:

  2. Is that high pitched tone coming from the device, or just the recording in general?

  10. looks like you've discovered interosseous muscles, stunning them causes the movement of your finger, depending on which muscle you stun the finger abducts or adducts. :)
